Cindy has been an avid fan of all genres of heavy metal for many years. Growing up as a child of the 80s she cut her teeth on the early Slayer, Testament, and Danzig, and remembers when Cliff was alive and Dave was still in Metallica. Also a fan of Glam Metal, she remembers when "We're Not Gonna Take It" was more than just an allergy medication commercial. For many years, every Friday and Saturday nights were spent at a concert of some sort, be it local or national level bands. Musically her tastes are everything metal from Motley Crue to Deicide, and everything that falls in between. She has seen over 400 major concerts and countless local shows.

In her personal life she is married to a hobby drummer, and they have two dogs (American Bulldog and American Pit Bull Terrier), many reptiles, and Cindy is heavily involved in animal rescue, rehabilitation and education.
